This set of photos of construction debris that accumulates in our neighborhood and are generated from the accent construction site.
I sent the email to Allen Cholas of LGI Homes who is the person I spoke to on site. He did not take responsibility for anything and left me with the commitment to “look into it! “, a statement that was preceded by allegations that the debris is not generated from his construction site because he has two people who are charged with policing up the area.
I also spoke to the other builder (KB) who similarly deferred.
The provided pictures where taken on a short walk from my home on Saturday morning 27th of February, 2021.
With minor exceptions the trash in these photos are of construction debris that undoubtedly originated from the housing development.
All of these pictures were taken on the east side of Victor, mostly within 100 feet of Victor.
Please resolve this issue by cleaning up and by instituting controls to prevent further pollution.
