Loaded for the Road in Cleveland (2011)

All loaded for the road!

Preparing for the return home to Tucson from Cleveland. I was unable to pull my trailer on this trip and still needed to have an extended load capacity to satisfy storage for two that included cold weather and rain gear. My wife and I try to travel lightly but packing always includes my laptop and camera and my CPAP. This stuff easily dominates the better part of both saddle bags.20111125-134012.jpg
So, this photo shows my newly purchased luggage rack bag (top bag) and the trailer hitch bag. These two bags nearly doubled my carry capacity. Putting the heaviest and least used items in the lower bag kept the CG low and had little effect on handling. Likewise, the top bag was utilized to carry lightweight items and items with higher accessibility.
