I was not looking for “bling” when I purchased an aftermarket kickstand. I was simply wanting to replace the original kickstand that I apparently bent. I’m not sure if the kickstand bent over a period of time or if it was suddenly. 

So shopping on line I could only find chrome replacement kickstands, which makes sense… how many people bend kickstands… why would a company go out of it’s way to manufacture and market a plain kickstand!?

So here it is.

This replacement kickstand is huge!!!
It looks like a golf club or a duck foot!
Weighing in at 3 pound, that’s 2 lbs. heavier than the original.
It does look good and it supports my mass extremely well.

If you considering replacing your kickstand for any reason, this unit should do the job.
Note that new springs come with the package. When I purchased, the listing did not clearly state that and I ordered springs separately and subsequently return them.
